Very unprofessional.We complained, company wanted to make us pay to have a 2nd inspector come out. After fighting the company for a week, they finally sent a 2nd inspector free of charge. The 2nd guy was much nicer, took his time answering our questions, actually went in the attic and said nothing was wrong with the air or duct work. He ACTUALLY answered all the questions the first inspector wouldn't, thought it was a liability though? We bought the house and we've been here for 2 months and have nothing but issues with the air since.I'm writing this review currently as the AC company is fixing and repairing our ducts and AC. Over 40% of the cold air has been leaking into the attic since we've bought the house.
